I have worked in the Real Estate Industry for decades. During that time, I have been involved in all facets of the real estate process including Residential, VIP Sales, Auctions, Marketing, Rentals and Project Management. A duel citizen — Australia born and bred and American street smart—I have a global perspective and a great appreciation for protecting and preserving the great freedoms we have in USA.
Equally as important to me is my passion for providing a level of service to my clients that is second to none. The People we serve are the First Priority because I understand that the decision you make today, will be one of the most important you will make during your lifetime.
A little about me and my story: I studied and trained in martial arts for many years in the Shorin Ryu-Karate- Matsumura Sokan Style. I intensively trained and gained my black belt in 18 months which normally takes approximately three to four years. I commenced my real estate services career in the early 90s in Sydney, Australia where I acquired my Brokers License in 1994. We moved to the United States in 2003 and became American Citizens.

While working and supporting a family, I continued to train, compete, and entered tournaments; some I lost but a good many I won. The martial arts discipline taught me that a good life in servicing others requires some advanced defense and offensive fighting skills to expand and keep our freedoms alive. Fred Wolfe
Chief Financial Officer and Mortgage Finance Specialist
Fred Wolfe is a dedicated and accomplished individual with a remarkable journey. Born in Compton, California, he grew up in Walnut, California, and attended Walnut High School. In March 2006, Fred joined the U.S. Army, and since then, he has served actively for an impressive 17.5 years.
Throughout his military career, Fred has displayed unwavering bravery and commitment, completing three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has also excelled in his training, graduating from Ranger School, Airborne School, and Air Assault School, earning an Expert Infantryman’s Badge as a testament to his skills.
Not only has Fred served his country with honor, but he also pursued higher education, earning a degree in “Real Estate Studies” from American Military University (AMU). He is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and a showcasing his proficiency in the real estate industry.
Fred is happily married to Michelle Wolfe, and together, they are proud parents of three children: Johnathan, William, and Elizabeth. Currently, they reside in the charming city of Savannah, Georgia along with their two pet Dachshund’s: Lady and Hercules.

I have proudly served in Managing Director roles for numerous non-profits during my career and during the past 12 years served with a passion for environmental protection and conservation with a focus on helping all life on the planet live better. Prior to that I served 10 years with Qualcomm Inc. in San Diego, CA. gaining experience in Corporate Accounting and Reporting and later Managed a Financial Services team helping middle class families get ahead of living paycheck to paycheck. With over 35 years of experience in global facing organizations, Diane’s capabilities span every facet of management, marketing, and financial services.
